Our Pony Party Package combines a beautiful private event venue with a professionally supervised pony-riding experience. It is ideal for children’s birthday parties, family celebrations and other special occasions.
Guests can relax and celebrate inside The Jockey Club while the children enjoy the unique opportunity to meet, interact with and ride our specially selected riding-school horses under the guidance of experienced Pegasus coaches.

Exclusive use of The Jockey Club event venue for up to four hours

Our horses are part of Pegasus Riding Academy’s professional riding-school team. They are accustomed to working with children and riders of different experience levels and are selected for pony parties based on their calm temperament, suitability and availability.

During the pony-riding session, our coaches will introduce the children to the horses, assist them throughout the activity and help create a welcoming, engaging and memorable experience.
Catering
Food and beverages are not included in the base package and are arranged separately.

A selection of catering options is available to suit different party styles and guest numbers. Please contact us to request the current menu and discuss your preferred food, beverages and event setup.
How to Book
1. Contact Us with Your Preferred Date
Send us your preferred event date, approximate number of guests and any initial requirements you may have.

Our team will check the availability of The Jockey Club, suitable riding-school horses and Pegasus coaches for your requested date.
2. Arrange a Site Visit
Once the initial availability has been checked, we can arrange an appointment for you to visit The Jockey Club and view the venue.

During the site visit, we can discuss the event layout, pony-riding arrangements, guest flow, catering options and proposed schedule for the day.
3. Select Your Catering
After viewing the venue, you can review the available catering menu and choose the food and beverage options that best suit your celebration.
4. Confirm Your Booking
Once the event details have been agreed, a 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than three days before the event.

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
